Jeremy Falzone is in his fifth year as a member of the Hudson County Schools of Technology (HCST) Technology Staff, specializing in audio and video technology. In his district-wide role, he provides audiovisual technical support and serves as Technical Director for the Arts Academy at High Tech High School, the Music and Audio Technology program at County Prep High School, and the Performing Arts program at Explore Middle School.

Prior to joining HCST, Jeremy worked throughout the tri-state area on high school musical theatre and dance productions, as well as professional events at venues including SOPAC, UCPAC, NYSEC, and Lincoln Center. His experience also includes serving as a stage manager and audio technician at venues across New Jersey and New York, supporting the technical needs of local and national artists in concert productions.

Since joining HCST, Jeremy has established and developed the High Tech Stage Crew, training students in stage safety, audio and lighting technology, communication, and teamwork while providing essential technical support for student performances.

The Stage Crew program has become a pathway to the IATSE Stagehand Internship Program, offering graduates valuable hands-on experience at professional venues. Several alumni have gone on to pursue careers in audio engineering and stage management, continuing the program’s legacy of professional growth and technical excellence.

Most recently, Jeremy and two Stage Crew alumni were recognized by Bergen PAC for Outstanding Sound Design for their collaborative work on the Musical Theatre Department’s 2026 production of Catch Me If You Can.
